Service Terms

• Prohibited materials must not be placed in dumpsters (hazardous waste, certain electronics, tires, etc.)

• Weight limits apply to all dumpster rentals

• Rental periods are specified at time of booking, with additional fees for extended rental periods

• Payment terms are specified at time of booking

Liability

Patrick Roll-Off shall not be liable for any damage to property that may occur during the normal course of dumpster delivery or removal. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Patrick Roll-Off harmless from any claims arising from the use of our services.
